MATA has three transit centers that are available to accommodate transfers among routes and service needs such as route and schedule information, personal trip planning, FastPass purchases, and photo identification for youth, seniors, and people with disabilities.

Provides curb-to-curb (door-to- door) shared ride accessible public transportation that compliments MATA's fixed-route service, for individuals who are unable to use fix-route bus system. Services include medical appointments transportation, disability related transportation among others.
How to apply for MATAplus Service
To be eligible for MATAplus service, applicants first need to verify a disability through a medical professional. Three easy ways to apply:

Provides rides with door-to-door service to seniors and persons with visual impairments. Services include rides to medical appointments, disability related transportation, and ride sharing programs among others.
