Most people who wish to become clients of Derechos must attend a “New Client Intake.” These appointments occur on Wednesday mornings and afternoons only and have a cost of $20. The appointment is meant to be a short screening to determine whether the attorney can potentially represent you.
How to make your appointment
Whether you want to discuss your immigration case with a Derechos attorney or like to attend the New Client Intake on Wednesdays, you will need to make an appointment by calling or sending a text message to 901.410.0195 or by sending an email to derechos@latinomemphis.org.
